Shipping & Returns

Because each piece is unique and handmade, there are different shipping policies for each piece, each piece has a different delivery time, which will not be longer than 15 business days.

The delivery time will be notified at the time of your purchase and we will always do everything possible to have it shipped within 4-6 days after your purchase.

When you you complete your order we will notified you of the status of your purchase. The orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.

The rate for shipment depends on the country and the product. You will be notify of the cost when you buy your item.

ZIKURI does not cover taxes and customs fees imposed by each country at the time of importation. The customs policies of each country are different so we can not predict what that fee will be. Taxes on the purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Products ordered from ZIKURI online shop can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The return period of 14 days starts on the day that the Customer, or third parties named by the Customer other than the carrier, have taken final possession of the products.

Please take note that you may only use the products for the purposes of testing – in a manner commonly permitted in a store to check that they fit– and that the products must be returned with the original label attached. We reserve the right to demand compensation in the event that the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.

It is necessary to send an email to contact@zikuri.coindicating the reason for the return.

To return the products, the Customer will have to hand in the package to a post office or a trusted delivery service (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and request a tracking number. We kindly advise that the costs for the return must be carried by the Customer. In the case that a customs declaration is required for international returns, the Customer shall declare the shipment as a “PURCHASE RETURN” and declare a value of 1.00 USD.

Should  the Customer provide a customs declaration using other information and should additional costs arise from it, ZIKURI reserves the right to deduct these costs from the amount originally paid by the customer.

Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed through the same payment method that you used to pay within 5 business days.

To change the products, it is necessary to send an email to contact@zikuri.co indicating the reason for the change. We kindly advise that the costs for the return must be carried by the Customer.
